International chemical law is subject to continuous change. Some Asian countries are in the process of implementing a chemical legislation, which has some similarities to the European REACH Regulation, however similar does not mean identical. Unfortunately, it is not sufficient to refer to an existing REACH registration, because national regulations can differ significantly from REACH Regulation. But very often studies carried out to comply with REACH Regulation can be used for other national regulations. Chemical inventories

A number of countries have a chemical inventory. To find a substance on the inventory is generally a basic requirement for handling a chemical within the country. We offer to check the inventory status of your substances and mixtures in all countries required.

Please be reminded, that inventory listing is just a basic requirement and often the first step, further actions may be required. Also existing (listed) chemicals may be subject to further regulation. Kindly ask us for help and comprehensive checks.
